Our Story:
Founded by Eric Warry, Daw Yamin Khine and Daw Wah Wah Khaing. Strength has evolved from a small construction firm into an industry leader. Eric Warry, with over 30 years of experience, has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, having worked across Australia, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Key Milestones:
Our first major project in Myanmar, The Strand Hotel (1990–1992), was the country's first joint venture hotel, marking the beginning of our successful journey in the region.
 

Our Leadership:
Daw Yamin Khine serves as Managing Director, and Daw Wah Wah Khaing manages daily operations as Director. Together, they lead the company with a focus on excellence and high standards across all projects.
