BUT what if you hate it, it doesn’t match, or it doesn’t fit??
NO PROBLEM, we will refund you for the merchandise cost and we will pay for the return shipping as long as you fall within the STANDARD SHIPPING ZONES. That’s how sure we are you will love the Daddy Decor experience. If you are outside these zones, you may have to pay just the amount that is over the normal shipping costs, but we will always try and minimize this for you. Small items will not attract a surcharge.
We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and home accessories, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) unused within 14 days of receiving the order and exchange it for something else or receive a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 14 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on furniture or home accessories damaged through normal wear and tear or that have been custom ordered in non standard size or colour. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased furniture or home accessories.
If you receive a damaged item, claims must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise and packing materials retained, otherwise returns can not be accepted on the basis of damage.

WARRANTY
The warranty covered by Daddy Decor is as follows:
Timber - 5 Years
A 5-year warranty covers the structural integrity of Timber items. We ensure the quality of our design and workmanship of all our timber products and expect them to provide a lifetime of enjoyment. Solid timber, however, is a natural product and is therefore subject to changes in the environment. Any movement, joint separation or bowing in timber as a result of change in humidity or fluctuating temperatures is not warranted.
Upholstery - 10 Years
Your purchase is covered by a 10-year structural warranty. This covers defective workmanship in furniture that is subject to normal application and which has been carefully maintained and sensibly used. The warranty specifically relates to frames, suspension and support. It excludes fabrics and leathers as Daddy Decor is not the manufacturer of these products.
Outdoor - 1 Year
A 1-year warranty covers the structural integrity of outdoor products. All our outdoor products are made to the highest quality to help them withstand the elements. We cannot warrant products that are exposed to extreme weather conditions.
